LGUMC Grows Green Los Gatos United Methodist Church is sincere about growing green. They truly believe: Our Faith, our planet, our responsibility. Thanks to a generous gift from members Mimi and Eric Carlson, the church has alrady installed 5 banks of solar panels on the roof of their education building. The panels have generated 6,370 kilowatt hours of electricity in just two months. This has allowed LGUMC to prevent 12,740 pounds of greenhouse gases (over 6 tons) from being poured into the atmosphere.
